require/install agavepy and possibly future during CLI install #15

The latest apps-update relies on ./libs/python/rendertemplate.py, which in turn depends on importing both agavepy and builtins (which is part of future?).

We either need to walk back these requirements in rendertemplate.py or start updating the python environment during the installation step to make sure those modules are available.
