How does this integrate into the pipeline?

This shouldn't be an entirely hand-driven curation process.

We need to be able to mark sequences are fully inferred and validated, probably through the use of PROV-O to link new and old versions, which will probably also include the version information on the scripts.

We should be also able to use this and integrate it into the pipeline in some fashion to at least fill our queues as curators.
