I'm using version: 4.2 I'm on Minecraft: 1.20.4 I'm running: Spigot
Seen results:
When you use CTRL+MMB to copy-paste a sign, the sign is not linked to the channel unless you rightclick on it to edit the sign.
When you use WorldEdit to copy-paste a sign and you edit the sign after pasting it, the sign will always change back to it's original state.
So for example, if you were to copy-paste a sign with the channelname ''chicken'', then paste the sign with WorldEdit and then edit it to ''cow'', it will always change back to ''chicken''.
Expected results:
When using CTRL+MMB, the sign should automatically register/link with the channel after placing the copied sign.
When using WorldEdit, the sign should not be linked with the old channel after editing the pasted sign to put another channel on the sign.
How to reproduce:
Place a Wireless Redstone sign like usual, then hold CTRL while pressing MMB on the sign to copy it. Then place that copied sign on the ground somewhere and activate that channel, you will see that the copy-pasted sign will not light untill you right clicked the copy-pasted sign.
Same thing goes with the WorldEdit copy-paste bug. You place a Wireless Redstone sign like usual, then use the //wand tool to create a region you want to copy-paste. (Make sure the Wireless Redstone signs are included.) After that you do //copy and then //paste. And as you can see, the sign will always be linked to the old channel.
