Deleted Base Vehicle

Everytime certain players join a server, it spits ou a console log stating they own a deleted vehicle.

Describe the solution you'd like
Command that purges deleted vehicles from player garages.

V3 will contain base vehicle management as an in-game feature. The delete command will then handle this. I agree a seperate command should be added if you delete the file itself instead.
