TBI - abap deploy config inquirer package validation improvements

Description

This items should be based on #2570
Validation changes:

• add validation for the package whether is cloud or not depending on the target system, for example if the project is cloud or the system is cloud the package should also be cloud, we can check this by calling the getSystemInfo method from lrepService from axios-extension.
• add validation in the package if the appName follows entered package convention e.q same namespace or starting prefix (allowed prefixes are "Z", "Y", "SAP" )
