Create a community chat platform for better collaboration

As someone interested in contributing, I noticed the project currently doesn't have a dedicated real-time communication platform (like Slack/Zulip/Discord/etc). Would you consider creating an official community space for this project?

Why this could be helpful:

• Facilitate real-time discussions about project direction

• Help newcomers ask questions more efficiently

• Enable knowledge sharing between contributors

• Coordinate development efforts more effectively

• Build a stronger community around GPU programming in Rust

Potential options:

• Discord (popular for tech communities)

• Zulip (open-source friendly, good threading)

• Matrix (decentralized protocol)

• Gitter (GitHub integration)

• Slack (common but requires email invites)

Maybe we could use githubs built in "discussions" forum? I've never really used it but it seems convenient?
