[BUG] Major issues with the users function and the library in general

Suddenly the user function doesn't work. I tried a fresh install on another machine and it always times out.
This has something to do with navigation, when I run it NOT headless i see it gets stuck on the TikTok loading page. I was able to still get to the account page by first routing through google search results and clicking a link to the profile. However, the video iteration is also broken unfortunately so this was not sufficient.

Are others also experiencing this?

The issue seems to be intermittent

TikTok has done a lot of weird stuff with their user pages, and I haven't been able to figure out the best way around it. It seems to be inconsistent based on time, frequency, and location. It's known that EU users of the library will not be able to access a user page.
