Hi, as everything is in a Docker container, and Windows can run Docker - it should work.
Download Docker: https://docs.docker.com/docker-for-windows/install/

Once you've installed, download the repo and run the commands under Installation. I've not used Docker on Windows myself but the commands seem to be the same on both OS.
