Describe the bug
This appeared in my cmd after I tried to launch MonikA,I, with actions on. It normally immediatly crashes afterwards

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'C:\MonikA.I'
Click on 'run.bat'
Select only "use actions" out of the three options
See error

Expected behavior
IDK the game and text-gen-webui launching and Monika using actions depending on what was said with the chatbot

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 10
Version : latest as of the time of writing. (just ran update.bat and even startup.bat to try and see if it would fix the problem)
