Version 1.0: No start menu shortcut in Windows

I installed the Version 1.0 .exe on Windows 7 and there is no Windows shortcut on the start menu.

Should we / could we fix this for future releases? I think some people might expect it

I will link the issue #25 here. At the moment I can ensure that by using the compiler GUI we have the options of including a console, and a log file. The resulted exe after installation has the option of creating a desktop shortcut. I have the feeling that if we create the packaging using the command line we will have more options available for us including the creation of a start menu shortcut.
