I filed a ticket with github to enquire about ros-web. Not holding hopes up since it has activity in the past 12 months.

Hi. @rosweb and @Ros-web - we are a community of builders that work on various web tools for the https://ros.org/ (Robot Operating System). We'd like to publish some of these packages under the rosweb or ros-web organization. Would you be willing to donate these usernames to the community?
