When you click the Log in button, does it become disabled & the cancel button appear? Or does nothing at all happen?

And can you clarify what you mean by you click F1 for logging in manually?

If there's an internal error, it should be logging it to the console. To see this, do the following and share the output here:

  • On Windows, in Blender go to Window > Toggle System Console to see the console
  • On Mac OS, you'll need to start Blender from a terminal window (try opening Terminal, typing blender, and pressing return/enter)
Without knowing more, things you might try include (in this order):
  1. Try changing your default browser in operating system settings (in case there's some issue launching your browser for some reason)
  2. Try logging in again

If that doesn't work, we can try a full re-install of the add-on:
  1. Follow the steps to uninstall the plugin from the readme page.
  2. After closing Blender, double check your plugin folder in file explorer (On Windows, you can go to %AppData%\Blender Foundation\Blender\4.0\scripts\addons), and delete any folders that are named roblox-blender-plugin or similar
  3. Open Blender, and go back to Edit > Preferences > Add-ons and verify the plugin does not show up in the list
  4. Disable antivirus (it's possible antivirus blocked some part of the installation when you installed last time)
  5. Follow the steps to download and install the latest version of the plugin from the readme page, including dependency installation.
  6. During installation, check for errors in the console output. On Windows, in Blender go to Window > Toggle System Console to see the console. On Mac OS, you'll need to start Blender from a terminal window.
  7. Restart blender
  8. Re-enable your antivirus
  9. Try logging in
