Player occasionally will have no audio when playing a song

I think this was partially fixed but redesigning the player package, but I will have to test more thoroughly.

Confirmed Not Fixed: Player only plays audio every other song.

Fixed in 3346514

Although you aren't supposed to create multiple contexts with oto, if you suspend them when closing all the song refs it seems to fix the issue.
