Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The majority of repositories in this organisation do not use templates for issues or pull requests

Describe the solution you'd like
By adding templates in the .github repository, they will act as defaults for all repositories in Revolve NTNU which do not have their own .github directory with templates.
