SettingsPages

As a user, I want a Personizable user page that I can share with my friends.

Acceptance Criteria

Navbar Profile Icon

It's done when I see a user icon at the top right of the header when I am logged in.
It's done when I click on the user icon and I see a sub-menu with the following options: Profile, Settings, Logout
It's done when I click Profile and I am taken to my User Profile Page
It's done when I click Settings and I am taken to a page where I can update my password. (See settings page issue)
It's done when I click logout and I am logged out.

User Page

It's done when the user page contains a banner image, user icon, and username (more features to come later this is MVP)
It's done when every user's profile is linkable with a format similar to this: beforeyouplay.com/u/username
