Just not to forget, here is a todo list for this repository:

  • Put templates of roofit variables (.rs files) and datacards into separate directories depending on which categorization is run.
  • Make it possible to have different background PDFs for different categories (degree of a polynomial)
  • Make so number of categories is determined from the type of categorization run. Now it's in config file.
