According to Vladislav Walek -- OpenShift Principal Software Maintenance Engineer (#sbr-shift, #sbr-microshift) RHCA -- it's a bug and MicroShift should work the same as OpenShift. He will create an OCPBUG and we should track and update the course when it's fixed.
