Create delete 'student' playbook

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In case of no show and proactive provisioning of environment, we need a simple way to delete all systems associated with a student.

Describe the solution you'd like
Playbook, look at XYZ.out, delete systems.

We should tag the instances for each student, so we wouldn't have to go thru the .out files.
This would make it easy and efficient.
