Is this mod dead?

It's a really great mod, but i can't get the fluid out of the brewery very well, i've tried stacking them on top of each other, adding redstone signals, many fluid pipes and it seems to work but then gets plugged up and doesn't send any more. I have TE, Mekanism, Ender io and none of these other mods can get the fluid out effectively. Even placing tanks right under the machine works very well, all of a sudden it just stops working.
