Problem description | 问题描述

When selected any mode for microphone and location icons them ignore this settings and displays as default mode with green dot in statusbar and privacy "chip" in top right corner of control center.

Reproduction steps | 复现步骤

1. Go to "System UI - Status bar - Manage icons"
2. Enable any mode except "Default" for microphone and/or location
3. Reboot system interface
4. Enable location and go to any app with allowed location access. Then go to any app and try to use audio recording
....
Location privacy / microphone dot in status bar and "chip" in CC will ignore any selected mode in module and will display as default
