The content field of the template was originally designed to be a large text area using CodeMirror to make it easier to edit. However, the implementation was not successful and resulted in a variety of issues, such as failing to load entirely upon refresh and the cursor not appearing in the correct location while typing. It may be necessary to revisit the implementation or consider using an alternative solution.
Open to ideas.
