What happened

I have a V-Core 3.1 with a single EVA 3 Toolhead. I started my first print after updating to RatOS 2.1-RC3 (Printing a ringing tower to calculate input shaping parameters) and received a warning message in the console as follows:

Incomplete Slicer Configuration detected
Your slicer gcode settings are not up to date.
Learn more about the RatOS Slicer Configuration

The screenshot of my console is shown below:

I did a little digging and I wonder if this part of the START_PRINT macro is the cause. The Start Print G-Code, per the RatOS documentation passes variables X0, X1, Y0, and Y1. There is no FIRST_X, or FIRST_Y parameter being passed by the Start G-Code.

Image

I updated my start G-Code to pass the FIRST_X and FIRST_Y parameters to see if this would resolve the warning messages - My new Start G-Code command is shown below:

START_PRINT EXTRUDER_TEMP={material_print_temperature_layer_0} BED_TEMP={material_bed_temperature_layer_0} X0=%MINX% Y0=%MINY% X1=%MAXX% Y1=%MAXY% FIRST_X=%MINX% FIRST_Y=%MINY%

However, I still get the incomplete slicer configuration warning.

If this is being passed by the post-processor, then that's also an issue because per Helge, I've been told to bypass post-processing as I am using Cura 5.9.0 with a non-IDEX V-Core 3.1. According to RatOS documentation Cura doesn't support RatRig IDEX printers, but there is no mention of Cura not being supported on RatOS v2.1 so I should be able to use it without issues on a non-IDEX V-Core 3.1

Image

I understand that the post-processor is designed to do some checks for IDEX machines, but when I configured RatOS, I set it up as a non-IDEX machine, which the OS should know and therefore automatically bypass any post-processing or slicer related checks pertaining to IDEX.

What did you expect to happen

Print should start without warnings or requiring additional parameters beyond what is documented on the RatOS website.

How to reproduce

Slice a print in Cura 5.9.0 and try to print on a RatRig V-Core 3.1 running RatOS v2.1-RC3.
