Summary

Add capabilities to accept, reject and get guild member applications.

What is the feature request for?

The core library

The Problem

Large guilds might find it difficult to accept ~100 applications at once quickly. As an owner of one of these guilds, we do activity checks regularly and need to constantly accept 60-100 applications.

The Ideal Solution

Allow the use of the member applications API.

If this refers to clans member applications, this is still an experiment and not yet stable, Discord will not document it until it is in a stable condition, and once it is, it will have its support in discord.py
