A founding document needs to be written to define the rights and responsibilities of the IT department on Radio Student. There is an existing draft that isn't too bad, it should be shortened and polished. We should look at founding documents of other departments so we don't miss any important parts. We must also define methods of internal organisation/hierarchy.

As far as internal hierarchy goes, I propose a very horizontal structure - nobody is the boss and everyone has one vote. If any organisational structures on the radio require us to have an official representative, it should be someone like Željko or Damjan who is physically present on the radio often enough.

When it comes to decision making, I think we will have just one or two people working on a single issue/idea/problem most of the time, so I propose that the person doing something is simply also the one who has authority over it.

If someone abuses this authority or if there is a decision that concerns more people / the whole department, it can be made with a majority vote. I feel like this is all the bureaucracy we need.
