Add KPI assessment of thermal comfort (based on room tempreature) and IAQ (based on CO2 concentration), using logic modules and integrator

Check, if similar packages are available in other Modelica libraries
If yes, what have they done? Anything can be improved?
If not, develop the package

Reference can be considered: BESMod
