ST is missing columns (sub)sector_ipr from processed input portfolio #384

The external stress test needs the columns sector_ipr and subsector_ipr to be in the processed portfolio file pf_name_total_portfolio.rda.

These columns used to be provided in that file, so adding them back in should be rather straight forward.

hard to say, I wish I had provided more context. In the web tool it's not an issue, the relevant variables are included.

I'm not sure about the offline work flow, it looks like in the last cases that were run offline and that I know of (my all time favorite test project liechtenstein_p2020_rerun and this year's PREVIC_2020) the variable is not present.

I can't say for sure if we will have an offline project that needs the IPR results. To make a proper assessment here, we would need a functioning current offline version of PACTA_analysis...
