Inputs

• annotation (output from recetox-xmsannotator: compute chemscore #619 or recetox-xmsannotator: pathway matching #620 or recetox-xmsannotator: compute confidence levels #621 ) - double check if really all of them work once you get here
• adduct_table -> see recetox-xmsannotator: simple annotation #612
