Conclusion section

We want to introduce an additional conclusions section. Here it would be nice to display the text panel as a popup over the entire screen, covering the map too.

In the end, yes. But it has low priority imo. I think fixing the builder will require a couple of weeks still, it would be nice if this is demo-worthy at egu as well.
