User story

As a storyline developer I want to be able to add a region mapping to the server for TerriaMap in RECEIPT. Clear and concise guidelines on how to process my geojson/shape files and where to upload would be useful to enable more sophisticated storyline creation.

Proposed work

Describe in a specialized markdown file how to add regional mappings based on geojson or shape files within the RECEIPT visualization infrastructure.

Acceptance Criteria

I consider this done when I am able to define my own regional mappings.
