CKEditor Link button does not work #105

Describe the bug
When editing a page with the ckeditor clicking the link button does not show anything.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to a story
Click on edit a page
Select some text
Click on the link icon
Nothing happens

Expected behavior
A model dialog where you can input the link and the text to display for the link.

OS: osX
Browser Chrome
Version 94
