The `-f` (`--no-fullscreen`) flag doesn't work #2

The app always runs in fullscreen mode, regardless of the flags -f or --no-fullscreeen being added when running from command line.

Tested on Windows 10.

Edit: I tried running the app from source on macOS Ventura (Apple Silicon) and the flag works fine.
