Restore CodeWarning script function

Restore the CodeWarning native script function.

Squirrel can call a native function called CodeWarning() to log a warning in engine. This seems to be stripped or non-working.

We can hook the responsible function and restore the functionality.

Would love to see it because i already did plenty of code which uses that function to print important warning regarding problems the logic running is facing at that moment.

OH MY F GOD, this function actually works, it's just hidden behind spewlog_enable which we disabled last year by default

EDIT: Here's one of the uses i made in the new spawn.nut cases
