Show state names for non-US countries

E.g. the 16 states (Bundesländer) of Germany, Swiss cantons etc - at the appropriate zoom level.
Furthermore, when clicking somewhere, you should consider a geocoding lookup to determine state, country and a close city (like the "Close to" you already do for streets, but incorporating cities and states at higher zoom levels).
