R4.3

Brief summary

When installing Qubes OS on a multi-GPU system, initial-setup doesn't show up when monitor is plugged into secondary card. All other steps of the installation work, as well the login prompt (lightdm).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Get multi-GPU system
  2. Connect monitor to the secondary GPU
  3. Try to install Qubes OS

Expected behavior

All installation steps detect where monitor is connected and use that output.

Actual behavior

Initial setup works only if monitor is connected to the primary GPU.

Do not assume the monitor is always connected to the first graphics
card. Look at all installed cards.
