Show number of issues in progress

This should be a badge next to the graph (with points to goal and days remaining). This way, when we want to apply WIPs, we can see what our tally is. A side part of this will be to have a configurable WIP limit, but for now just showing it is a good first step.

@kevPo Do you think this should be a feature still? We have the standard deviation metrics that show the current in progress items and WIP is given from other tools.
