Radium should support plans and billing features found in other systems. This will allow for a broader spectrum of deployments.

Current thoughts on payment gateways:

Stripe: Hands down has the best api/support
Paypal: Unfortunately it's still widely used and would have to be supported.

This might optionally be a paid module to fund future development.
