Streaming extraction

This is a low priority, I'm just opening it so we don't forget. But at some distant point in time, it would be nice to implement streaming feature extraction--this would make life more pleasant when working with large clips. This would likely require (or at least, benefit from) the kind of implicit chunking described in #263.
