I've replicated this issue several times now. A change in the folder structure through the web interface does not appear to ever show up on the Bridge absent re-syncing from scratch.
For example, if I have folders A, B, C on Protonmail web UI, after the initial sync, those three folders will show up via an IMAP query to the Bridge. But if I rename or delete C, the change does not appear on an IMAP query to the Bridge 24 hours later, even where the Bridge reports it has completely synced. The only way I've found to see the folder change on the Bridge is to repair or otherwise resync.
