[Windows] Pressing Alt+Tab opens the navigation menu which pushes some UI elements offscreen

When you press alt, it toggles the navigation menu with File Edit View Window at the top of the application.
This pushes the bottom of the application a bit off the screen.
It happens when you press alt+tab, and it won't go away until you tab back in to the program and press alt again.
