Step/s to reproduce issue
Yesterday, Prince (a Scrum Member) was not available for Scrum Meeting. So, I have used the command as below to let Scrum Bot Leave Prince for asking the status.

leave @prince
After that, the Scrum was concluded.

Now, Next day prince is available but Scrum bot is not asking for the status to Prince.
