Issues with improper version folders

1.11/1.11.1

According to the Minecraft Wiki, the Iron Nugget was added in 1.11.1, and was not present in the initial release of 1.11. However, the items indexed for 1.11 contain the Iron Nugget, despite it not being in the release of 1.11.

Similarly, Sweeping Edge (added in 1.11.1) is also in the 1.11 folder.

1.13/1.13.1

This issue also exists with Dead Coral & 1.13. Added in 1.13.1, but present in 1.13's item file. changelog of 1.13.1

1.21/1.21.1

1.21.1 is a minor update that, afaik, changes nothing except for a server-side tweak to patch an update suppression exploit. The 1.21.1 folder should be renamed to 1.21, as the versions are basically the same. (this is only afaik)
