The purpose of using duplicate semicolons

I have found duplicate semicolons(;;) in src/outputs/io_wrapper.cpp, src/pgen/chem_G14Sod.cpp, src/pgen/fft.cpp, src/pgen/poisson.cpp and src/pgen/binary_gravity.cpp as shown below. What is the purpose of using duplicate semicolons there?

Those are most likely just typos which are not covered by the style checker.

Similarly, duplicate commas(,,) appear in src/mesh/mesh_refinement.cpp (at line 630):

I think so (though it is commented out anyway).

The duplicate semicolons do nothing. We should clean them up in the next update.
