Flow crashes and Process for flow run exited with status code: -11

I'm running prefect server 2.15.0 and deployments served on a single server, so a very simple setup. I have multiple flows that are exiting with status code -11 after multiple tasks running successfully. A quick search of the Prefect source didn't turn up the meaning of that status code. Any suggestions on where to look for answers or how to address the crash behavior would be appreciated.
