Win8-IE11 UA detects Desktop as Tablet

When using Internet Explorer on a Windows 8 Desktop (which does not have Touch feature) the Device detected is shown as a Tablet.

When using Chrome on the same machine, the Device detected is shown correct i.e. Desktop/Laptop.

The userAgent that is captured for IE11 is -
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; Trident/7.0; .NET4.0E; .NET4.0C; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Tablet PC 2.0; rv:11.0) like Gecko

What kind of device is that?) I saw that Tablet PC only shows on devices that have tablet functional installed.

It is a normal desktop machine w/o touch screen monitor.

The issue is only when you use IE11.

Surface Pro device are really difficult to detect, a tablet like with mouse or no mouse ? we need something to detect these.
