Arabic character "و" can't be typed in Tags since it's recognized as the comma key #80

Expected Behavior

Adding the "و" character in Tags should be possible

Actual Behavior

User is reporting that they're trying to add the character "و" in Tags but it's not possible because it's recognized as the comma key instead.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Click save to pocket
Change keyboard to Arabic
Type "و"
