Safari extension no long provides existing tags #290

User Story

Click on extension icon
Extension responds with dialog box
Start typing a tag
NO existing tags appear under the input field

Note: this only is a problem in the Safari extension. Using Edge on the same system with the same login works fine.

Mac OS: Version 14.6.1 (23G93)
Safari: Version 17.6 (19618.3.11.11.5)

Acceptance Criteria

Matching existing tags should appear
