TO CAUSE...
Run Swift-LightBlue on iPhone.
Click Create Virtual Peripheral
Select Blank
Save
From Virtual Peripherals Click "Blank"
Click "Blank" Peripheral Name to edit it
.........fails to show "Peripheral Name title and textbox
