Currently Restoration Project plans are hardcoded, 10, 20, 50, 150 trees.

When this change is implemented, Restoration organizations will be able to define custom units for the donation options.

Ensure Custom Options are Available on API for restoration projects
Implement handling of Custom Options with fallback to existing options
