[Project] Enhanced debug profile

[GallVp]

The pipeline has a debug profile which can be activated by including it as an argument for the -profile parameter. Currently, it is limited to standard nf-core debug settings. It should be enhanced so that the pipeline stores additional files and statistics to allow the user to trace issues in the pipeline or their data.
