Add creation of annotation database that can be used with Clusterprofiler and other R tools for GSEA,ORA etc

@jasonshiller - we already have genepal-2-sqlite DB with all existing genepal annotation except orthofinder but Leo has AnnoDB with orthofinder and emapper but no gene and sequence data coverage. So are you wanting something new or a combination of mine and Leo's DBs as currently they overlap but are not identical in what they cover as use cases were different

@rosscrowhurst this would be like the ones Leo and myself make for RNA-seq projects with https://github.com/Bioconductor/AnnotationForge . Containing basically the gene IDS and their associated GO terms and KEGG pathways from eggnog.
